1. About Clara Disputes

Clara Disputes is operated by Colin Williams, trading as Clara Disputes, based in Wolverhampton, England ("we", "us", "our"). We provide an AI-powered civil dispute assistant that helps freelancers and small businesses in England and Wales generate a Pre-Action Protocol compliant Letter Before Action.

2. The Service

For a one-time payment of £19.99, you receive access to Clara, our AI assistant, which will:

• Guide you through a structured conversation about your dispute
• Assess the strength of your claim
• Generate a Letter Before Action compliant with the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims (England & Wales)
• Provide guidance on the Money Claim Online (MCOL) process

3. Not Legal Advice

Clara Disputes provides legal information only, not legal advice. The content generated by our AI is for informational purposes and does not constitute a solicitor-client relationship.

We strongly recommend you seek advice from a qualified solicitor for complex matters, high-value claims, or if you are unsure about the legal merits of your case. Clara Disputes accepts no liability for outcomes arising from your use of the generated letter.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. The fee is £19.99 per letter generation session.

Due to the instant digital nature of the service, we do not offer refunds once you have accessed the AI chat and received your letter. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your letter, please contact us at williamssivarto@gmail.com within 48 hours and we will investigate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Clara Disputes only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to generate letters for fraudulent or vexatious claims
• Attempt to misuse or abuse the AI system
• Resell or redistribute letters generated by the service
• Use the service outside of England and Wales

6. Intellectual Property

The letter generated for you is yours to use for its intended purpose. The Clara Disputes platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Colin Williams trading as Clara Disputes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clara Disputes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (£19.99).

8. Privacy

Information you share with Clara during your session is used solely to generate your letter. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. By using the service you consent to this use of your information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
